Promotional Rules
- This promotion will begin Friday, June11, and runs for 10 days finishing at 3pm on Sunday, June 20, 2021.
- This promotion will take place on the Fitz Facebook social media page only.
- Eligibility requirements include:
- Like the Facebook Promotion Post each day
- Tag 4 people & answer the question correctly
- Share the social media post
- Only (1) entry per person each day for each correctly answered question
- Winner will be randomly selected by an outside 3rd party company using a random number generator.
- 1 lucky winner will be drawn on 6/21/21. Winner will be contacted Monday, 6/21/21 and announced once confirmed.
- If winner does not contact Fitz by 9am Wednesday, June 22, 2021, another winner be chosen.
- Prize includes – up to max $5,000 value

- MYEDGE Players Card # if applicable
- Promo cash winners must be claimed in person at the cashier/players club on 1st floor of casino with a valid I.D. (A list of of the promo cash winner will be supplied to the cage/cashier).

General Rules
To participate in this promotion and collect prizes, participants must be at least 21 years of age and must already be or willing to become a MYEDGE Club member.
All winners must produce current, valid photo state or federally issued ID.
Employees of Fitzgerald’s Casino & Hotel are not eligible to participate.
Individuals who are excluded from casino facilities, including through a government program, at Fitz Tunica’s discretion, or by their own request, are not eligible to participate in this promotion. Anyone prohibited from partaking in gaming related activities by the Mississippi Gaming Commission is ineligible to participate in this promotion.
Fitz Casino Tunica may disqualify any participant for any prize based upon fraud, dishonesty, violation of these official rules or other misconduct whether or not related to this promotion.
All decisions regarding the interpretation of these official rules, participant eligibility, and the resolution of discrepancies shall be made by the Fitz Casino authorized representatives. All such decisions are subject to review by the Mississippi Gaming Commission and/or its authorized representatives.

By participating in this promotion, the participant agrees to and accepts all rules, terms, and conditions of the promotion and for Fitzgeralds to use his/her likeness or photo for promotional and advertising purposes.
Fitz Casino Tunica is not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, or illegible entries nor for electronic transmission errors or delays resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, hardware, software, or telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable connections, fraud, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by Fitz Casino, users, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions which may limit, restrict, or prevent a participant’s ability to participate in the promotion.
If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes within or beyond the control of Fitz Casino which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this promotion. Fitz Casino reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage any program or to undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Fitz Casino reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent of the law.
Drawing and event times are approximate. Fitz Tunica reserves the right to change drawing and event times.
Fitz Tunica is not liable for injuries or losses arising or resulting from participation in this promotion and is not liable for any acts or omissions by its employees, whether negligent or willful, in the conduct of this promotion and is not liable in the event of any equipment or software malfunction
Fitz Tunica reserves the right to substitute prizes that have or have not been awarded as long as the value is substantially the same as the original prize offered in the event that the original prize(s) becomes unavailable. In no event will Fitz Tunica be obligated to award more prizes than the number of prizes stated in these Official Rules.
Mississippi Gaming Commission’s Right to Investigate
The Mississippi Gaming Commission reserves the right to investigate any and all complaints and disputes regarding tournaments, promotions and drawings. Such disputes and complaints will be resolved in accordance with the Mississippi Gaming Control Act and Mississippi Gaming Commission Regulations.
