All casino, hotel and dining guests must be 21 or older. Minors are not permitted at Fitz Casino & Hotel.
- A “Minor” is a person younger than 21 years of age. Minors are not allowed in the casino, hotel or restaurants.
- Minors under the age of 21 years are not allowed anywhere on our property.
- Any adult found responsible for the presence of a minor in designated gaming and/or restaurants may be permanently asked to leave our establishment and/or held to the terms of state enforcement agency regulations.
